ACI Web Site Disclaimer

Many factors are involved in debt settlement, making the experience and result unique for each individual. Some of these factors include personal circumstances, the individual's ability to save funds, creditor and collection agency involvement and willingness to settle, and an individual's perseverance to complete a debt settlement program. ACI does not assume or pay any of a client's debt, does not provide legal advice nor offer credit repair. Debt settlement estimates of 50% are examples of past performance of settled accounts for clients and do consider our service fees or potential tax consequences. ACI's Debt Negotiation Program is not available in all states. Please talk with us to ensure you understand our contract and contract terms before enrolling. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Terms of Use.

ACI Solutions stands behind every settlement it makes. If a settled account has collection activity, the client simply needs to contact us and we will see to the matter. ACI maintains all necessary records to prove an account is settled. As part of those records, the client will receive a letter stating that the account is settled. This letter is sent to ACI by the settled creditor and a copy of it will be sent to the client. In addition, once all accounts have been settled, and the client has graduated from the program, ACI will send another copy of all settlement and paid settlement letters to the client. If we cannot resolve the matter on a settled account, we will refund the fee we charged to settle that particular account.

*Estimates are based on historical results and individual results may vary, including your ability to save sufficient funds to complete our program. When you contact Action Capital Investments, Inc. (herein "A.C.I.") we will provide to you a free consultation to understand your situation and determine whether you are qualified for our debt settlement program. A.C.I. assists with unsecured debt only. While we work aggressively to reduce your debt balances, creditors are under no contractual obligation to accept settlement offers from us. Debt reduction percentages do not include program fees and we cannot guarantee that your debt balances will be lowered by a specific amount or percentage or that you will be debt free within a specific time period. However, if you have elected to deposit a lump sum in your trust account, at the completion of your program we can review your case and possibly refund 5% of the total settlement fees generated. This refund is calculated so that our service fees will only equal one-fourth (1/4) or 25% of your total debt reduction. We do not assume consumer debt, make monthly payments to creditors or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting or legal advice and we do not provide credit repair services. Please contact a tax professional to discuss tax consequences of debt settlement. Debt negotiation comparisons are based on historical results and individual results may vary depending on creditors in your portfolio and underwriting guidelines. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive return telephone calls, emails or other communications from A.C.I. and/or its affiliates and expressly waive any "No Call" preference or registration. Photographs used are not actual clients. Not available in all states. Read and understand all program materials prior to your enrollment.

****There are no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties regarding any of the above mentioned services. These are reached on a case by case basis and we are not advising you to STOP paying your creditors. Please be advised that if you are considering going delinquent or have already become delinquent, creditors may continue to charge interest, late fees, over the limit fees, and other fees and nonpayment of debt may lead creditors to increase finance and other charges or undertake collection activity, including litigation and garnishment of wages.
